An extremely grateful customer

I have been a Stepchange customer for many years, when I first contacted them I was vet overwhelmed and anxious, Stepchange took charge of everything they explained about what they could offer I picked a plan an they dealt with the rest, they are always there to reassure you and answer any questions you may have. I find this the most difficult thing of all to do. and without guidance I would be lost, but the financial advisors, are so proffessional at doing this, you are helped through it. I must admit to having got it wrong due to nerves, but thank goodness ge help. Reviewed on: 25th May 2025

Having moved back to my home town due to my elderly mother being ill and having a high paid job to minimum wage my finances took a tumble . StepChange has turned my problems around

Every stage of the process towards a debt management plan was made clear and relatively easy to carry out . I struggled with some of the IT involved. Everyone I have spoken to has been knowledgable and non judgmental and kind. I dreaded having to involve anyone else in my financial problems but StepChange took away that feeling to a large extent. I do not hesitate to to contact them whenever I feel anxious or uncertain about anything to do with creditors etc. Reviewed on: 25th May 2025

Hands on, but Unseen hands on
