Amazing - Great Service

Absolutely outstanding

I have found all the people I have spoken to at stepchange from the beginning to be lovely, helpful, kind and just there when you are going through something so hard in your life. Its not easy to say you need help with your finances especially to a stranger, but all the wonderful people I have been speaking to have been amazing, genuine and very understanding. Highly recommend step change. Changed my life

Before step change I was living off credit cards, the interest alone was crippling me and was unable to get ahead of them. A friend recommended step change and it changed my life. I provided a list of lenders with amountd i owed, thry contacted each one and negotiated a payment plan, freezing all interest. I can see every month my debt going down because of them.
