Simply The Best

I've been with Stepchange for 3 years. They have helped me when I most needed it I was at my lowest with £27k debt I now owe £14k. Stepchange are understanding, never Judgemental. There to guide support and an anchor when you need a way forward. They are a best friend to me without them i don't think I could of carried on with life. From despair to hope

The hardest part is asking for help .You feel as if you have let yourself down as well as everyone else . You feel as if nobody can help & you don't know who to turn to . When I was given the number for StepChange , it took a while to pluck up courage to dial the number. I expected to be judged , told I was a failure . But how wrong was I . It became clear in a few seconds that the person on the other end of the phone wanted to help . It was the best phone call I have ever made . I was in the dark and didn't know what to do,my loan...

I was in the dark and didn't know what to do,my loan was high and it was affecting me and my family not until I picked up that phone and call step change everything felt good.light at the end of tunnel, customer service very very good,would recommend step change to anyone struggling to pay their debt it will make a great change Reviewed on: 27th May 2025

The light at the end of the tunnel

Stepchange provided me with not just money relief they provided me with stress relief. I was spiralling further into debt when I found their service and they stabilised me. Their help and guidance is the light at the end of the tunnel. I am less than a year away from the end of my DMP and they have taught me how to be more responsible with my money.
