I was in such crisis concerning my mental health that I had become out of control with my spending. I had serious diminished responsibility but hadn’t recognised it until it was too late to reverse the damage caused. Thankfully I found Stepchange who were so humane and kind. Step change changed my life.

Step Change changed my life.

Step Change changed my life. For the first time in my life I had my finances under control but it did mean facing up to the realities of life, living with just the bare essentials for nearly 20 years.
