It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. From a feeling of deep despair to satisfaction

COVID sunk our finances into a deep hole of despair- the kind and helpful personal assistance from Stepchange assistants helped us work out a budget and presented us with a plan of action. Not only did this help us with peace of mind but for the first time in a long time we felt back in control. Over time there were considerate and helpful articles sent via email to help us with adjustments to our thinking and thus our spending habits.
