Stepchange changed my life

I went to stepchange in 2020 when covid affected my income and I was struggling with my debt. They contacted all my creditors for me, which I had stopped doing, dodging calls and ignoring letters, as the anxiety that was linked to this was debilitating.their website is very easy to use, and within 24 hours I had a payment plan set up. I've just paid my last payment and I'm officially debt free, something that felt impossible 4 years ago. Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024

Anxiety is gone

I have use some other company to manage my debts in past - always something wrong. Then i changed to StepChange and from beginning it was good experience. Staff is very knowledgeable, understanding and non- judgemental. My plan is now more then three years in place and i can sleep without anxiety. Stepchange saved me life literally saved my life!

They literally saved my life! I was despairing and depressed as my bank had shut my account and started charging astronomical interest on my credit cards. I was recommended Stepchange and they froze the exorbitant interest charges so I could stand a chance of paying off the capital. Still think they are angels. Thank you all so much!
