It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Very understanding and helpful

As you can imagine having debt and not being able to afford it and worrying about everything can be awful. Step change has helped so much I feel less stressed and worried I can afford the payments. Anytime I've had to speak to step change they have always been very helpful and understanding.
