It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. you done a great help out with the Debt problem until i contacted your step change debt charity - the creditor were heavy harassment at me all the time until i contacted your step change and your great team was very helpful to sort out a payment plan that was done - 5 creditor now have 3 creditor left nearly to Go Reviewed on: 24th May 2025

I was scared, overwhelmed and had no idea where to turn with the situation I was in. I called and there was no judgment, they were so patient explaining my options and the impact it would have on my credit score etc. I felt listened to and was just so grateful. Every time I call to speak to someone they’re kind, patient and so friendly. I have now finished my DMP and they congratulated me and it was just lovely.
