I realised that I wouldn’t be able to afford repayments on my buy now pay later goods and credit cards/loans,so I decided to get help from Stepchange.very easy to do too.Just tell them how much you owe and the names of the companies you owe money too and they sort everything out for you.Create a budget and pay what you can realistically afford.Stepchange take care of all the letters which are sent to creditors on your behalf.They even give you an idea as to when the debt will be paid off.Takes the worry out of creditors pestering you with phone calls as I’ve never received one call from a creditor since Stepchange helped me with my situation.No fees are included as they are a charity.If you are struggling with payments which you can no longer afford,then get in touch with them and they will definitely be able to help.You don’t even have to talk to them over the phone as everything can be done via email.Highly recommended and very professional service.I am truly thankful for the service they provide. Stepchange have been amazing

Stepchange have been amazing from my first contact with them and ever since. I thought that i had nowhere to turn and that nobody could help, but because of Stepchange I am now nearly debt free and they have helped to take away all those problems, worries etc, etc, that I thought would never end. I got myself into a mess and didn’t know where to turn. I got advised to speak to stepchange and the lady I spoke to was so nice very kind and helped me with a debt management plan. I didn’t know what it was as I’ve never had to do anything like this before and I felt very embarrassed. She made me feel at ease and made me feel like there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Non judgemental

The service was free. I’m able to pay back every Penny and have no interest charges. My debt is manageable again. Everything was explained really clearly from the beginning including the consequences or advantages of each option for future debt management.
