professional and caring.

I was getting chased for money I could not pay and I learned of stepchange,and rang them and they sorted out my debts in a professional and caring way and were not judgemental of how I had got into debt, but showed me how to clear all my debts and got in touch with all my creditors and got them to accept a reasonable payments to them that I could afford and that helped me a lot so much so I had 9 debts to clear at first but now I have only 1 now which I will clear in July, and then I will be debt free, so without stepchange I would never had achieved this and I have no words that could thank them enough for how they got me out of a situation that I would never been able to clear my debts on my own so a big thank you to them. Very helpful, have taken so much stress out of my life, I don't get much contact from my creditors and things tick along nicely. If I have a problem or letter from a creditor I get in touch with StepChange and they sort it for me. They reply to my emails within a couple of days. Reviewed on: 6th June 2025

Stepchange have been fantastic, started with them years ago when they were known as 'CCCS' and we are just a few months away from our final payment.
