It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. I was in debts and i was worried every day .

I was in debts and i was worried every day .i stayed in abusive relationship because of that but when my bank advised to contact Stepchange i was not sure if they help people like me but the call i made change my life ,they have helped to manage to pay my debts .now i am independent and enjoy time out with my granddaughter.Stepchange is great and people are nice and patient on phone Reviewed on: 23rd May 2025
