No hassle no judgment help

Step change help us sort ourselves out without any fuss or judgement. They explained all the details and options and helped us follow through our plan. Also explained how to desk with the creditors. Fantastic service showing us "light at the end of the tunnel ". Reviewed on: 9th June 2021

Excellent service!

Excellent service! 4 years ago I realised that I was £40,000 on debt (I had been a student and had had undiagnosed Bipolar) Stepchamge advisers were extremely helpful and set up a plan for me. After 18 months I had to give up my job. For a few months I was on universal credit and I was allowed to take a break from payments. I earn less money with my current job but the review reflected this and I pay less each month. I now owe judt under £20,000 and am very happy about this. The whole process has been stress free and I would definitely recommend it to anyone unfortunate enough to have large debts. I love that it is a completely free service and I am not paying interest on my old credit cards. Reviewed on: 1st May 2024

Help is out there.

I had got myself into financial difficulties which I could not see an end to it, the worry was affecting my health. Step Change Debt Management helped put everything into perspective and prioritise my debts. After telling them all they arranged a debt management plan for me.
