It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Life savers

When I got into debt 6 years ago I was so stressed and didn’t see a way out. I found out about step change on the internet and gave them a call. I was put at ease immediately and felt that they wanted to help me get back on the right track. They took all my worries away and came up with a repayment plan suitable to my situation at the time. Every time I wanted to change my budget or ask for a reduction in payments due to being out of work they were so helpful. I can’t recommend them enough, they saved my life so to speak. Contacted Stepchange after spending some considerable amount of time with spiralling debts, couldnt see a way out and it was starting to have a negative effect on mine and my families health, contacted Stepchange and they were very helpful and understanding , contacted the relevant companies after we completed the budget plans etc then got the appropriate scheme in place, highly recommended if you are struggling !!!! After years of stress and debt going nowhere due to interest payments eating up all of the money I was paying back, Stepchange has been life changing. They worked out a workable plan and contacted all of my creditors to arrange a freeze on interest. All my dealings with them have been supportive and friendly.
