I turned to step change in 2020 my marriage had broken down , and I was left with a lot of debts so I owed about 16000, at the time, iv been able to put all my debts as one payment, so far iv payed just over 6,000 pounds in the last 5 years I'm glad I did turn to step change, they have helped me sort out my debts and now iv been able to sleep at night Reviewed on: 24th May 2025

No more sleepless nights.

After many sleepless nights, with no hope in sight; whilst ashamed of my situation. I contacted StepChange and within an hour I felt like a new man. They did not judge me and listened to my circumstances. They came up with a plan and explained the next steps. No more fear of answering the phone or Door. I can relax now knowing they’re with me. The staff are so amazing. No judgement. Totally caring and knowledgeable. I’m now clearing my debts and feel so much better. I have spoken to several different members of the team.
