It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Contact them today if you have debt problems

After years of stress and debt going nowhere due to interest payments eating up all of the money I was paying back, Stepchange has been life changing. They worked out a workable plan and contacted all of my creditors to arrange a freeze on interest. All my dealings with them have been supportive and friendly. I contacted StepChange debt management after I disclosed to my partner my financial situation. From the moment I contacted the charity I felt like a huge wait had been lifted from my shoulders. They were so supportive and contacted all my debt company’s on my behalf. They put together a payment plan that I could afford. It’s been almost 6 years but in October this year I will be debt free.i can’t thank them enough, they do an amazing job. I couldn’t be where I am now without there help and support.
