It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. I was facing mounting debts and couldn't face the problem. Thankfully I contacted StepChange and they have been amazing. They handled everything for me, dealing with the companies I owed money to. Best choice I ever made calling StepChange

I had never heard of StepChange until Citizens Advice recommended them. So happy I called them, they talked me through my options & we came up with a Deft Management plan that I am able to meet each month. I won’t be debt free until 2028 but at least after years of not sleeping due to the worry I now sleep soundly. Highly recommended, extremely helpful & very friendly!!!! Reviewed on: 1st May 2024

The best thing I ever did
