I turned to step change in 2020 my marriage had broken down , and I was left with a lot of debts so I owed about 16000, at the time, iv been able to put all my debts as one payment, so far iv payed just over 6,000 pounds in the last 5 years I'm glad I did turn to step change, they have helped me sort out my debts and now iv been able to sleep at night Reviewed on: 24th May 2025

Step Change have been amazing in providing a service that really does help you get out of a spiralling debt cycle. With their online forms easy to complete and their calculations, which determine an affordable pay back personal monthly plan, I am dramatically reducing my debt each year. Feel in despair

My husband and I felt swamped in debt. We couldn't manage from month to month. Going through covid and then the coat of living crisis, we felt lost.
