A solution at last.

I was initially worried about my initial phone call to StepChange. The member of staff I spoke to made the process easy and made me feel comfortable as I went through the process of revealing my debt. Hugely helpful.

Help and advice when needed

Always ready to help and suggest best way forward when help was needed.We spent several years clearing our debt with their guidance and cannot fault them.The biggest benefit was they negotiated with our creditors to stop interest being applied which meant that every penny we paid came off our debt, without that help we would have taken much longer to be debt free. Have been using them for several years and their management of my debt repayment, advice, dealing with my debtors and communication are all first class and I can't see how it could be bettered.
