It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. I owed £33k and had defaulted on payments just after Covid, I thought there was no way out , I contacted step change and they helped me sort my debts out, 3 years on I have paid half of it back , I now have a life and don’t live in fear everyday of creditors contacting me. Free and Amazing Debt Support

I went to Stepchange when I couldn’t afford my loans, store cards, student loan, catalogue and other unsecured debts and from the minute I did they were amazing. I thought they would judge me but they didn’t. I collected all the letters from debt collection agencies and they went through everything and now I’m paying them an affordable amount each month and all the calls letters and default notices have stopped. Please just contact them I had nearly 30th in unsecured debts and there is nothing they can’t help with even ccj’s. It’s the best thing I ever did.
