It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. It only takes one phone call to change your life.

I've had my DMP active for over a year now and by the end of 2024 I'll finally be debt free. This wouldn't have been possible without the amazing people at StepChange. Straight from my first initial phone call has been a fantasic experience, everybody I've spoken to has been so supportive and nice and you can generally feel a warmth as you you're talking to people that have your best interest at heart. My favorite part each month is looking at my DMP status and seeing my debts go down, it gives me real motivation to keep going. I encourage anybody that has debts and is worried, to get in contact. A heavy burden lifted

Simply put - I would never have managed to get on top of my debt problem without the assistance StepChange have given me. I think I begun my debt management plan 4 years ago; at the time I could barely manage to make the minimum payments, but as I write this I am ~3 months from being entirely debt-free.
