Fantastic service, fully understanding

I call as I was in a complete mess, due to trying to survive the cost of living crisis I had got into 6000 pounds debt and was sinking. Stepchange change that for me. It was a fantastic day when I called them, life changing and not made to feel like I had failed. 3.3 years and I will be debts free. Reviewed on: 1st May 2024

Help get in control and worry less

It's a good service, the fact you can do it all online is great if your nervous about talking to someone. But you can also phone and talk to a human too. I've now been in my DMP for over a year and pay it once a month without worrying about my debts.
