I can sleep again

Step change really helped when I got into difficulty following various challenging times and the rise in cost of living. I had tried many ways to reduce my outgoings and help manage my payments but it seemed I was getting nowhere. As a last straw I got in touch with step change who were great. They gave me a way of managing my debt and pulled me from the water when I felt I was drowning. Although it is not the perfect solution, it is definitely a life line and a chance to stay afloat. What I liked most was being able to do everything online and never having to speak to anyone over the phone (something I really struggle with doing) I would recommend turning to step change if you are struggling and they will help to find you the best answer for your circumstances. I've been on a DMP with stepchange for several months and everyone I have spoken to in the company have been amazing. They speak with compassion and respect and truly do so everything they can to find the best solution for you .. Always happy to point you in the right direction .
