It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Lifeline

I am disabled and have found life so hard over the last three years, the cost of living just about finished me. I was drowning in interest fees and higher heating and food Bill's, step change helped me work out a payment plan that I could afford on my disability benefits. I was crippled with anxiety and depression they took me step by step asking whether I was ok to carry on even talked to my daughter on my behalf.
