Great, helpfully service

Really helpfull and knowledgeable people. The advisor gave me advise and guided me through the whole process to set up my debt management plan. Now, I don't wake up during the night worrying because I know my financial situation getting and my debt is reducing. Reviewed on: 7th June 2025

Saved me from debt hell

Step Change were so helpful. I was mired in debt and couldn't see a light. When I finally admitted the problem to myself, Step Change were able to give me good advice. I gave them my complete list of debts and my income/expenditure and we were able to work out how much I could afford. They then took this to all my creditors and agreed the plan with them. I would never have been able to do this alone but they know exactly what to do and it was so painless. I am very grateful to them for all their help that has turned a nightmare into merely a problem. Life Changer!

I can't recommend the Step Change service highly enough! The support they give, on every contact with the team, is honest, sensitive and informative. They are non judgemental and encourage me to look at my budget in a logical and measured way, and not over extend myself when it comes to the amount I pay monthly. One of the best parts of the service is that they deal with my creditors directly which takes so much pressure off me and makes getting my life back on track so much more handleable. Step change debt management was so friendly and very helpful

Took all my stress away

Absolutely amazing people! They sorted all my debt out in a matter of a couple of days, didn't even have to speak on the phone if you dont want to. Saved my sanity

I started to lose my business during covid and then the cost of living nailed the final nail in its coffin! I was left with huge debts and being hounded for payments left me with some very dark thoughts until I saw an advert on TV for stepchange, igot in touch and thier advice was brilliant it was so easy to fill out the online forms etc, they then did all the frustrating stuff like contacting my creditor's and set up my payment plan, you can view your plan in your online account any time and make any changes if your circumstances change, I'd would highly recommend them to anyone that is struggling with debt Reviewed on: 10th July 2023

Excellent Company Really Helpful

I must say I have had nothing but positive experience with this company really helped me out loads no matter how much you struggle they are always there to support you. I had over £5000 worth if Debts and thanks to Step Change I only have £1900 left to repay. I think many more people would benefit from Step Change it's shame not many know about support that exists for them and they choose to ignore warnings and debt letters.
