I turned to step change in 2020 my marriage had bro...

I turned to step change in 2020 my marriage had broken down , and I was left with a lot of debts so I owed about 16000, at the time, iv been able to put all my debts as one payment, so far iv payed just over 6,000 pounds in the last 5 years I'm glad I did turn to step change, they have helped me sort out my debts and now iv been able to sleep at night Reviewed on: 24th May 2025

Amazing service

My situation had changed regarding my job and when I needed help & support to manage my debts Step change was there to assist me. From the moment I contacted them to this very day they have always been professional & courteous to me at all times. I would highly recommend to anybody to contact Step change for help. Stepchange took my worries away

I did not hope to be able to reduce my debt, but StepChange have given me the knowledge and professional support to do just that. In 1 year my debt has neatly halved already. Reviewed on: 8th July 2023

Get Help

I was in debt from a few creditors to the point of no return so spoke to StepChange and they took over my debts with a pay monthly plan. Very helpful and I now have money every month to spend on my children while still paying off my debts. I still receive letters from my debts but I ignore them now as I know they're being handled. Saved my life

I’ve literally hit rock bottom and due to a number of varying circumstances found myself in a ton of debt and not able to talk to anyone. Stepchange changed that.. Easy to set up and such a relief

In times of trouble
