Amazing

Step change have been absolutely amazing with helping me with a debt management plan really wish I had got in contact sooner. The thought of being judged was too embarrassing but they were extremely helpful and offered the best advice. For the first time in years I don't feel stressed about money worries. Best Decision We Ever Made!!

The people at step change have been very helpful to us after my husband was laid off work and we were unable to make our payments, the information we received was very helpful and easy to fill in, they always ensure that you can afford the monthly repayments. Reviewed on: 7th July 2023

Should have done it sooner

I ended up in a bad way with money, I made a few bad choices and ended up being unable to pay some bills. It affected my family life and my mental health and there seemed to be no way out. A company I owed money to recommended stepchange and after I logged in and went through the process a debt management solution was put in place. I didn’t have to speak to anyone and did it all on line. Once complete I had enough money to live, pay my debt and I could see an end in sight where I could become debt free. StepChange lead by example

StepChange helped me when I was at my lowest point even killing myself looked to be the best way out of debt. However StepChange changed all of that and together we faced my debts. Now I am paying off all of them monthly and my goal of being debt free will be 2029. StepChange are the best at what they do and they don't charge me a penny. Reviewed on: 7th July 2023

SteoChange Debt Management

I got myself into a bit of a pickle with paying my credit cards off, so I contacted StepChange, who helped me every step of the way. Take the stress out of debt

I was making myself mentally and physically unwell. Trying to cope paying this bill, that bill and working so much and then someone said about Step Change and I can’t thank them enough. I am sleeping now, working less, feel like there is light at the end of the tunnel. Reviewed on: 7th July 2023

Debt management plan

I contacted stepchange due to financial difficulties after becoming disabled after surgery and they were fantastic ,really helpful and put me at ease if I’ve ever needed anything I can either do it on line or pick up the phone but the point is someone polite and helpful is always to hand well done stepchange Reviewed on: 7th July 2023
