It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Could have asked for more

The team at step change were so understanding; reassuring and supportive from start to finish. When I was in a dark place they assured me there was light at the end of the tunnel. They even offered support beyond my financial situation to ensure I was getting all the advice and support pertaining to my circumstances as a whole. I’d like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to all at step change for giving me the hope that was so much needed in my moment of distress and desperation . Debt Management Plan

Really helpful

Step Change have been absolutely brilliant. I got into a financial mess and was told about Step Change from my bank. I contacted them and everything was sorted really quickly. They took the stress away

I can’t tell you how much Step Change have helped me. I faced a significant amount of personal debt, I had backed myself into a corner financially. Finally, after being diagnosed with depression and getting help I was able to face the financial situation I was in. Once I got in contact with Step Change they helped me get on top of my situation. They treated me with dignity and respect and were never judgmental, they contacted all my debtors and based on my financial situation set out what payments I could afford.
