It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Peace of mind

I contacted Stepchange by email and I am so glad I did. They were very helpful and explained my options to me. I decided on a debt repayment plan. Now each month Stepchange takes one payment to cover the debt repayment plan so I do not need to worry about my debts being paid. They have given me total peace of mind. Got my Life back!!

Step change were superb from start to finish, they reassured me with great non judgmental compassionate advice , helping me pick the right way out of my debt… which I had avoided for over 6 months, depressed and in isolation I could not see a way out, then their advisors took my debt plan, liaised with all parties and now I have one manageable payment per month with no dramas… I am back on track and can now see a future for me and my family , thank you step change !!! Incredible service

Buried my head in the sand for way too long before hearing about StepChange & on first look they looked great, with an easy process to create a budget & they responded really well to all communication. Easy to contact & superb in supporting

It took me a while to take the initial step as was embarrassed and very angry the situation I had got into. Albeit it the pandemic was a factor as lost my job that was highly paid. Secured another job which was half the salary I used to be on. Step change communicated so brilliantly with no prejudice, they were understanding and really quick to help and communicate. It was good to be able to sleep and so grateful for how they have supported me. I have a long way to go to pay the debt off, however it’s at a better amount/pace what I currently was in. Stepchange has helped me a lot I was in financial difficulty didnt no where to turn phones up a lovely lady spoke to me helped me with all my forms and that was it all set up took another few weeks for them to phone the places that I needed help with it put me on all the right track now I know that I can sit back and no that stepchange takes care of everything for me Reviewed on: 7th July 2023
