I turned to step change in 2020 my marriage had broken down , and I was left with a lot of debts so I owed about 16000, at the time, iv been able to put all my debts as one payment, so far iv payed just over 6,000 pounds in the last 5 years I'm glad I did turn to step change, they have helped me sort out my debts and now iv been able to sleep at night Reviewed on: 24th May 2025

Life changing

When I separated from my partner I was left with nothing and all of our credit card debt. I was drowning in letters for payments I couldn’t afford. The service I’ve experienced with Stepchange has made an incredibly stressful and anxious time far bearable. Reassuring advice, to help you find the right solution, and realise there always is a solution.
