It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Amazing company

Brilliant company, their process is very easy to do and once all sorted it's kind of set and forget until you need a review, which again is a very simple process. So helpful

I was treated so well, I wasn’t judged. Online was user friendly, the advice given was good and released so much anxiety from my life when it was all set up. HELP FROM PEOPLE WHO CARE

I've been using Stepgchange since February now and they're incredibly Empathetic and easy to deal with. No one makes you feel stupid or silly. They help. Every time something has need to change or updating they're there on the phone talking you through what is needed or explaining a process/procedure. Life above the black hole

I didn't know where to turn them I found out about Step Change.

I found Step Change by accident. I had been receiving advice from a company with a very similar name. I became suspicious when they told me they would do a budget for me and on receiving it, there were some figures inflated to pad it out. I told that company I had changed my mind but they did pester me for a few days until I told them I was with Step Change and please stop calling me. It was such a different experience with Step change; every person I have spoken with was immediately respectful, reassuring and helpful. They presented me with suitable options of debt solutions unlike the previous company who led me down what would have been the worse path to take. I will be eternally grateful to Step Change.
