An excellent local society

Though disappointed when the local Agency closed, it is good to have an excuse to visit Woodbridge to deal with the excellent staff who are always helpful and this includes telephone chats as well. In a competitive market the rates on at least one of the accounts is attractive. Email responses to enquiries are usually dealt with reasonably quickly and helpfully by another office. Good, old fashioned service.

Helpful, pleasant staff who explain everything clearly when I set up my savings account. Finally, I've found a savings account, with a reasonable interest rate, that doesn't need me to remember pin numbers or passwords. Reviewed on: 2nd February 2024
