An excellent local society

Though disappointed when the local Agency closed, it is good to have an excuse to visit Woodbridge to deal with the excellent staff who are always helpful and this includes telephone chats as well. In a competitive market the rates on at least one of the accounts is attractive. Email responses to enquiries are usually dealt with reasonably quickly and helpfully by another office. Very helpful and Friendly environment

Very helpful staff

Easy to book appointment and always very helpful staff in branch. Not always the best interest rates but local and nice to be able to speak to a person. It would be handy to be able to do more banking online. Looks like this is now progressing but as I have a child’s account and joint account I still can’t access information that would be very helpful see online at a quick glance.
