The Family Building Society

My wife and I live in Leicestershire.

My wife and I live in Leicestershire and have never been to the Suffolk B/S branch. However, we are still made to feel as though we are part of what we believe to be something special. What is lacking these days in the banking sector is genuine customer contact and focus.
