An excellent local society

Though disappointed when the local Agency closed, it is good to have an excuse to visit Woodbridge to deal with the excellent staff who are always helpful and this includes telephone chats as well. In a competitive market the rates on at least one of the accounts is attractive. Email responses to enquiries are usually dealt with reasonably quickly and helpfully by another office. Extremely helpful in-person meeting

All our questions were competently answered in a very friendly way and we were able to make an informed decision based on the knowledge of the manager. My only criticism would be that the rates of interest on the savings accounts we were considering were the lowest of the options that we tried. Reviewed on: 11th February 2023
