An excellent local society

Though disappointed when the local Agency closed, it is good to have an excuse to visit Woodbridge to deal with the excellent staff who are always helpful and this includes telephone chats as well. In a competitive market the rates on at least one of the accounts is attractive. Email responses to enquiries are usually dealt with reasonably quickly and helpfully by another office. First Class Service

Great company to deal with. Staff are very friendly, helpful & polite. Unlike other companies I have always ben able to contact them quickly without waiting inordinate length of time trying to get through. Finally their interest rates are very competitive. Reviewed on: 8th February 2023

I have found suffolk building society to be an incredibly good building society. I find their services quick and easy to use and I feel safe in the knowledge that my money is secure. The phone and in branch staff are lovely and always willing to help me with any queries I might have.
