An excellent local society

Though disappointed when the local Agency closed, it is good to have an excuse to visit Woodbridge to deal with the excellent staff who are always helpful and this includes telephone chats as well. In a competitive market the rates on at least one of the accounts is attractive. Email responses to enquiries are usually dealt with reasonably quickly and helpfully by another office. Average rewards for savings

I feel that the society should focus more upon customers and their savings. The rates never appear to be especially competitive. There is too much focus upon side issues such as renaming the society (who really cares?) and overpaying directors to 'remain competitive' Reviewed on: 7th February 2023

No fuss, no bother.....

SBS have always provided a good service; no fuss, no bother, no pressure, and quite good interest rates. Their staff are knowledgeable, curtious and friendly.
