High interest annual savings account provides best rate of any of my accounts. The branch is convenient and friendly. Reviewed on: 2nd February 2024

The staff at Haverhill Branch are amazing!

When I Opened a savings account for my father and registered my PoA the whole process was very straightforward and the staff were really helpful throughout the process. Sadly, my father has now passed away and I popped in to register his death and ask about the branch paying the funeral invoice direct. I could not have wished for better service. The staff were extremely sympathetic and efficient. The Bereavement guide I was given is a great idea. I have never known such a friendly and welcoming staff in a local Building Society. Rude and unhelpful staff

Great customer service

I have recieved lots of support to select my products. The communication and website are very good. When I go to my local woodbridge branch I can be sure of excellent customer service. These all mean the absolute world to me because I find it a very reassuring and pleasant experience, and I feel my money is in safe hands.
