An excellent local society

Though disappointed when the local Agency closed, it is good to have an excuse to visit Woodbridge to deal with the excellent staff who are always helpful and this includes telephone chats as well. In a competitive market the rates on at least one of the accounts is attractive. Email responses to enquiries are usually dealt with reasonably quickly and helpfully by another office. Good service from Suffolk. Quick to increase interest rates following recent increase by Bank of England.

Nothing too much trouble.

Whenever I call into the Ravenswood Branch I find the staff so helpful even though I sometimes take a lot of their time up. Never complain and help all they can. Reviewed on: 28th January 2022

Help when needed
