A constant throughout my life

Simply, I had my first account (with the Freehold Land Society, as was) in 1948, and I have not been let down in all that time. Mutuals are a great business model, especially in Financial Services. The Society has changed over the years but so have my needs. I like their personal touch with a willingness to maintain a branch network and the localness of the staff.
