Excellent service

We received some excellent service today by Rachel at the Felixstowe branch who went through our options explaining the assortment of accounts and operating them by online, post or in person. So refreshing to be able to talk face to face with some good old fashioned service. Reviewed on: 14th November 2025

Extremely kind and sympathetic
