An excellent local society

Though disappointed when the local Agency closed, it is good to have an excuse to visit Woodbridge to deal with the excellent staff who are always helpful and this includes telephone chats as well. In a competitive market the rates on at least one of the accounts is attractive. Email responses to enquiries are usually dealt with reasonably quickly and helpfully by another office. A positive and refreshing experience

Quick communication to answer my request for an appointment and what I needed to bring with me to open an account. The advisor was friendly and helpful and could answer all my questions. They spent time showing me how to set up my account on line which was a bonus. Reviewed on: 18th June 2024

I have opened two savings accounts with the society to date, and am very impressed with the high standards of service and customer care.
