What a lovely experience!

What a lovely experience! I opened a Saving account last week in Aldeburgh. We were welcomed into the office with our little dog. Amy helped us fill in the form, which made such a difference to our experience. A really personal touch, all the old traditional values still intact. Quite rare these days.
