Paul Herbert & Jess Eley are Superstars!

Paul Herbert & Jess Eley have been absolutely incredible! Cannot shut up about the amazing service they have provided. When I first started looking into a mortgage I had no idea. Jess and Paul explained everything and ensured I felt supported throughout the entire journey. They have been down to earth, they have answered every question no matter how silly, they have gone above and beyond what I ever expected of them. I would recommend to any first time buyer who has no idea where to start as they are supportive, informative and genuinely look out for their customers. Excellent Service from Billy and Jodie!

We were fortunate to work with Billy, our mortgage advisor, along with Jodie, our case manager, and we could not have been more pleased with the service we received. Billy was extremely knowledgeable, and took a lot of time going through each part of the mortgage process with us. He answered our questions thoroughly, and made sure that we understood all available options. As a result, we felt much more confident and supported because of Billy's expertise. Jodie, our case manager, was also amazing. She provided frequent updates throughout the process, and she was always quick to respond to any queries we had. She made sure that everything was dealt with expediently, and only required us to provide itemized updates when it was required. Jodie kept track of and dealt with every detail, and this ultimately made the whole process easier for us. Billy and Jodie came together with a great deal of expertise in going out of their way to help us secure the best mortgage we could, and we appreciate their commitment, professionalism, and friendly support very much, and would highly recommend them. Best first time mortgage experience

Claudia and Chelsea were amazing and the most helpful in getting me my mortgage, constant updates throughout the process. As it was my first time applying for a mortgage, they were very responsive to any questions that I had. Very good online system, very easy to use. Had some issues with the lender at first but they were very quick to act and found me another lender straight away. Very competitive fees and extremely transparent about it with no hidden fees or anything like that.
