Paul Herbert & Jess Eley have been absolutely incredible! Cannot shut up about the amazing service they have provided. When I first started looking into a mortgage I had no idea. Jess and Paul explained everything and ensured I felt supported throughout the entire journey. They have been down to earth, they have answered every question no matter how silly, they have gone above and beyond what I ever expected of them. I would recommend to any first time buyer who has no idea where to start as they are supportive, informative and genuinely look out for their customers. Superb Service

I have nothing but positive things to say about Tembo. From start to finish the professionalism and time that they provided during my purchase was second to none. Slick no nonsense advice with no hidden agendas.

Slick - no nonsense advice all advisers were professional and friendly. As older mortgages applicants we did not feel patronised or age shamed in any way (unlike other mortgage brokers we experienced) everyone was friendly and interested in getting us the best deal possible without the upsell pressure we recieved from other companies.
