Helena was absolutely fabulous, taking the time to understand my situation and guide me to the best deal. Fast & knowledgeable

Not come across anything like it

I was looking to explore guarantor mortgages or equity release to help my adult son buy. As I have no cash savings, guarantor wasn't an option and I was advised against equity Release. I found Tembo who explained various retirment mortgage options. Eventually (after many appointments) I took out a loan of £40,000 against my property to gift a deposit to Ben. Absolutely brilliant!

I'm so impressed with Tembo. I found them after searching online to find a way to increase what I could get for a mortgage. Their tech is so cool! The whole platform was so easy to understand, and makes you feel really hopeful about what's out there. I had no idea so many options existed! Their team are also great, they made everything easy to understand and took the time to really get to know my situation - I never felt rushed or just another customer to get through with them.
