So happy with Tembo money

I decided to try Tembo money on a whim after seeing it advertised on my instagram. As a first time buyer I didn’t even know where to start but we decided to set up our first call with Dom (mortgage advisor) who was absolutely fantastic. He took the time to thoroughly go through our finances, listen to our wants/needs and find us the best mortgage deal and explain exactly the steps we would need to go through, he was very good at keeping in contact and replying to emails and he made the whole process less stressful. Once we decided on which mortgage product to use, Chelsea became our case manager and was also excellent. She managed communication between myself and the mortgage broker which was great as this process was slightly more stressful leading up to the mortgage offer acceptance as they demanded lots of paperwork. Chelsea handled all of this and finally let us know that our mortgage offer had been accepted! We move into our flat this week, Dominic and Chelsea thank you so much!!!! Reviewed on: 27th April 2025

Tembo money - The best!

As first time buyers, Glen and Callum made the daunting prospect of this milestone in our lives so much easier. They were happy to answer questions and were incredibly thorough. No question was too silly and Glen had an incredible way of answering questions which provided all the information that we needed without confusing us. Tembo couldn't have made the process of our mortgage...

Tembo couldn't have made the process of our mortgage application any easier. Starting with our broker Ayron and then followed up with our case manager Poppy, they removed all stress of the process with us having to do very little. I couldn't recommend them higher. Reviewed on: 26th January 2026
