Excellent service and great communication

Had a great experience with Tembo so far. Lucy in particular was very helpful in getting me the best deal and explaining everything clearly. Best brokers

Myself and my partner were joint applicants as first time buyers and had no idea where to begin when buying our first home. Both Paul H and Jess E from Tembo were excellent to deal with and made us both feel reassured, explained the process fully and helped us understand what was required of us, making the process of applying for a mortgage as straightforward as it can be. Even when the lender was delayed in getting back to us about our application, they were both on top of the lender, chasing updates and giving us the extra reassurance we needed. We'd both recommend Tembo, particularly Paul and Jess, to anybody looking for a mortgage going forward, and we couldn't be more happy with the service they've provided. Fantastic customer service and proficiency

Don't hesitate - BEST SERVICE EVER!!

Wow, I don't usually take the time to leave reviews but Ruth and Jess have been amazing. I have used brokers before and its been so complex. I really felt Ruth understood what I needed from the outset, didn't rush me and gave me excellent advice on affordability etc. I did look to go direct for my mortgage once I'd found a property and ran back quickly to Ruth when there were some issues with the valuation. She found a solution at pace and at excellent value. Worth her weight in gold. If you are nervous on an online service, don't be. Jess has been equally great now my offer is out.
