If I could give Tembo a million stars I would.

If I could give Tembo a million stars I would. I was so scared to go on a mortgage journey and the team made it an absolute breeze. Rhys and Callum were both so knowledgeable and thanks to their expertise, I now have my own house! Every step of the way I felt supported, and I’m still certain that if I had any random queries I could contact the team and they would still be happy to help me. Every single person I have spoke with from Tembo has been wonderful, the customer service is fantastic, I never found myself unable to get in touch with anyone, the help was always there when I needed it. I cannot recommend Tembo enough, it was an absolute dream come true getting my mortgage, people often say it’s so stressful, but my entire process was so smooth due to the team. I didn’t need to chase things, things were explained properly, I haven’t got a bad word to say. If you choose a different broker, you are absolutely missing out. I am currently sitting on my sofa, in MY HOUSE, because of the Tembo team. Couldn’t have done it without you all, thank you so much, thank you, thank you, thank you!!! Reviewed on: 22nd January 2026

Great service from Matt and Gemma.

Great service from Matt and Gemma. Matt reached out to me following a speculative re-mortgage enquiry I made on Tembo's website. I felt confident straight away from that conversation tnat he could help get the right deal for me. I was already a savings customer so the broking service was free. He found me a great deal based on what I'd explained I'd needed and actioned everything needed on my behalf quickly and efficiently resulting in a formal mortgage offer in only a couple of days.
