Amazing service and communication all the way through.

We honestly can’t thank Jack (our mortgage broker) and Chelsea (our case manager) enough! After struggling to get an Agreement in Principle (AIP) with other brokers, Jack gave us practical and straightforward advice to improve our affordability. Thanks to their guidance, we finally got our AIP and things moved smoothly from there. Once we had our offer accepted, the whole process was completely stress-free. Chelsea handled everything behind the scenes and within a week, we had our mortgage offer! They made what could’ve been a really stressful time feel easy and manageable. Would highly recommend their service to anyone looking for genuine, knowledgeable support through the mortgage process! Reviewed on: 18th April 2025

I organised my Buy to let mortgage this year through Tembo. They were fantastic and kept me informed throughout the process. They were able to offer good advice for questions I asked snd I’ve got a very good deal. A bonus was because I have a savings account with them there was no arrangement fee. Tembo are the best !

Tembo kept me up to date with everything that was happening. Any small item was always logged and always replied to any queries quickly. first time buyer experience

I was a first time buyer and first came across Tembo 12 months ago. I had no idea about the house buying process but Ruth and Tia at Tembo have excellent communication every step of the way. They were upfront about fees, and I also used Tembo’s recommendations for a solicitor and for life insurance as their quotes came out best. They were also brilliant recommendations too.
