Exceptional service from Elly and Jess from Tembo

I had an excellent experience working with Elly and Jess as my mortgage brokers. They were fantastic from start to finish — proactive, fast, and incredibly easy to work with. When the original mortgage provider unexpectedly changed their terms late in the process, Elly and Jess immediately stepped in, found an alternative lender, and even secured a deal better than the original one. Their knowledge and professionalism really shone through during what could have been a stressful moment. Both were helpful, informative, and always quick to respond. Excellent support from Tembo for 1st time buyers. I cannot rate tembo enough they were supportive throughout our mortgage application journey open to any questions, and made the process as painless as possible.
